Return & Refund Policy
Effective January 1st, 2025. Magloc Systems accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Pre-order items are fully refundable until shipment. After the order ships, standard return rules apply. To initiate a return, email support@maglocsystems.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges require starting a new order after the original item is returned. Used or damaged items, or those returned after 14 days, are not eligible. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery with photos for review. Magloc Systems does not charge restocking fees for qualifying returns.
Shipping Policy
Effective January 1st, 2025. In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items have an estimated shipping window of [to be announced], and updates will be sent via email. Orders ship through standard carriers, with delivery times dependent on carrier estimates. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships, and may take 24 hours to activate. Currently, we ship within the United States. For international requests, contact support@maglocsystems.com. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, contact the carrier first, then email us for assistance with a claim. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses; Magloc Systems is not responsible for misaddressed shipments once dispatched. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, and separate tracking numbers will be provided.
Privacy Policy
Effective January 1st, 2025. Magloc Systems values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect data you provide, such as your name, email, address, and order details, as well as technical information like device type, browser, and pages visited. This information is used to process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve site performance, and send transactional communications. Marketing emails are sent only with consent and can be unsubscribed from anytime. Payments are securely handled by third-party processors like Stripe and Squarespace Commerce; Magloc Systems never stores full payment card details. We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases through affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates, without affecting product prices. We share data only with service providers essential to our business and never sell customer information. Cookies are used for analytics and site functionality. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by emailing support@maglocsystems.com. Data is retained only as long as necessary for tax, accounting, or warranty purposes. The site is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
Terms of Service
Effective January 1st, 2025. By using maglocsystems.com or purchasing from Magloc Systems, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, prices, and availability without notice. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing or logistics. We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or pricing errors, and canceled orders will be refunded in full. All content, images, and trademarks are owned by Magloc Systems or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Users must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site in any way. Affiliate links may appear on the site, and Magloc Systems may earn commissions at no additional cost to the customer. All products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Magloc Systems’ liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. You agree to indemnify and hold Magloc Systems harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the site or products. These Terms are governed by New York State law, with jurisdiction in New York courts. Continued site use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Warranty & Product Disclaimer
Effective January 1st, 2025. Magloc Systems offers a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, modifications, improper installation, or damage caused by neglect. To make a claim, email support@maglocsystems.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue. Magloc Systems will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion. Our products are accessories, not firearms or weapon components. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and legal compliance before use. Misuse or improper installation voids the warranty. Magloc Systems disclaims all other implied warranties and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from misuse or improper handling.
